How we handle regulation, your funds, and your data.

Licensed & regulated

Every product distributed through Orchard is offered by institutions licensed and regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Nigeria or licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). Crowdital Limited, the company behind Orchard, operates as a distribution platform, not an asset manager, meaning we aggregate and distribute regulated products rather than originate or manage them ourselves.

Investor asset segregation

Investor funds are held separately from Crowdital Limited’s own operating accounts, consistent with regulatory requirements.

Secure communications

All data in transit between your device and Orchard is encrypted using industry-standard TLS, including your login credentials and session data.

Data protection

Personal and financial data is handled under strict data-minimisation and access-control practices. We collect only what’s needed to verify your identity and process your investments, and access is limited to those who need it to do their jobs.
